1Before Entering the Restaurant

Approx. 10 minutes walk from JR Tambaguchi Station, also within walking distance (10-15 minutes) from JR Umekoji-Kyotonishi Station and Hankyu Saiin Station. Located in a residential area north of Gojo-dori Hanayacho, it's recommended to check a map for your first visit. Open in two shifts from 10:30-14:15 and 18:00-21:15, open year-round. It's rare for a ramen shop to open as early as 10 AM, catering to morning ramen demand. During peak hours (11:30-13:30), there's a queue of about 5 groups, taking around 20 minutes. It's relatively easier to get in right after opening (10:30-11:00), around 2 PM on weekdays, or during the early evening hours. There are 5 parking spaces available a short distance from the shop, and bicycle parking is in a separate location. 2. Purchasing Meal Tickets and Ordering A ticket machine is located at the entrance, operating on a pre-payment meal ticket system. After purchasing your ticket, enter the shop and take an available seat at the L-shaped counter. The menu features the signature Nidoku Ton Ramen for 1100 yen, limited-time Shio Tsukemen and Ultra Shio Tsukemen, limited-time Rich Hiyashi Tantanmen, Ebi Cream Tsukemen, seasonal limited menus, and side dishes like Aburi Chashu Don (seared pork rice bowl). Registering the app offers a first-time topping service (e.g., chashu). Payments are accepted only via cash and QR code; credit cards and electronic money (transportation IC cards) are not accepted. 3. Seating and Receiving Your Order There are only 15 seats at the L-shaped counter, without backrests. The owner pays close attention to customer arrival times when adding noodles, so serving time is generally 5-10 minutes. The kitchen is surrounded by the counter seats, allowing customers to closely observe processes like frothing the soup with a blender. 4. Other Information This shop has unique rules such as "no private conversations," "no preschoolers allowed," and "refrain from using mobile phones after starting to eat." Warnings are displayed from the ticket machine stage. If you want to converse with friends while eating or are with children, it's better to choose a different restaurant. On the table, there are flavor-changing items like spicy oil, pepper oil, and coarsely ground pepper; adding small amounts after the midpoint will significantly alter the soup's character. After finishing your meal, return your tray and bowl to the return counter before leaving. App registration is possible via a dedicated QR code, and benefits are also available for repeat visits.
