The signature dish is Doro Tantan Mazesoba (1,200 yen), a Chinese-style numbing spicy blend of chili oil, Sichuan peppercorns, and sesame with medium-thick noodles, served with 'oimeshi' (extra rice).
Notes
Tuesdays are only open for ramen lunch with dinner closed, and the shop is closed on January 1st; payment is cash only; it operates as an authentic Sichuan restaurant at night.

2Purchase meal tickets/Order

There is no ticket machine; please look at the menu and order verbally after being seated. Signature dishes for lunch include "Doro Tantan Mazesoba" for 1,200 yen (comes with 'oimeshi' (extra rice)), Shio Paitan, Tori Shoyu Soba, Maze Tantanmen, Kuro Shoyu Ramen, and Tori Shio Ramen. You will be asked about your coriander preference when ordering, so please inform staff if you dislike it. Side dishes such as half fried rice for 450 yen and gyoza can also be ordered verbally. Payment is cash only; cards, e-money, and QR code payments are not accepted.

3Seating/Receiving your order

The first floor has only 9 counter seats (normal spacing, no partitions). There are also table seats, accommodating up to about 30 people during lunch. Your order will be served approximately 7 minutes after ordering.

4Other information

After finishing the noodles of Doro Tantan Mazesoba, you can ask the staff for 'oimeshi' (extra rice) (half rice) to be added to the remaining sauce to finish your meal. You can adjust the spiciness and numbness later with the sansho chili oil and additional sansho (Sichuan peppercorns) available on the table. Adding kombu vinegar will give the taste a refreshing change. At night, authentic Sichuan cuisine courses are available, recommended for groups of 3-4 people.
