Bazoku Asakusa

Bazoku Asakusa-ten, located in Tokyo's Asakusa, is a tantanmen specialty shop characterized by its chewy and smooth noodles, handmade fresh in-store. A must-see is the impressive noodle-making process, visible through a glass window. Their signature tantanmen boasts a rich sesame flavor with a moderate spiciness, and a non-spicy "Black Sesame Tantanmen" is also available. While ordering is verbal, cash-only, and the menu is in Japanese (making it a bit challenging for first-timers), we highly recommend experiencing the unique noodles and flavors that can only be savored at this establishment.

Ordering** Once seated, please order directly from the staff at the counter. The menu is in Japanese only, but we highly recommend our signature Tantanmen. Payment is cash only. Credit cards and e-money are not accepted. **3. Seating & Receiving** Once your ordered ramen is ready, it will be served to you over the counter.
