Bettei Takei Namba Ramen Ichiza
別邸 たけ井 なんばラーメン一座店
Overview
A sister brand of the popular tsukemen restaurant 'Menya Takei,' which has its main store in Joyo, Kyoto. This branch is located within 'Namba Ramen Ichiza,' a ramen theme park on the 9th floor of the Edion Namba Main Store. Their signature rich chicken-pork bone tsukemen is a hearty and satisfying dish, featuring a thick, rich dipping broth made from chicken and pork bone, paired with firm, thick noodles that boast a fragrant wheat aroma. If your dipping broth cools down, you can ask for it to be reheated, ensuring you can enjoy it piping hot until the very last bite. We also recommend trying a flavor change with the black shichimi available on your table. While the Umeda store constantly sees long queues, this location is a relatively uncrowded hidden gem. They also offer Chuka Soba and lighter tsukemen options, providing choices for those who prefer less rich flavors.

How to Order
The ordering process at Bettetei Takei Namba Ramen Ichiza is as follows: 1. **Before Entering (If there's a queue)** If there is a queue at the restaurant, please line up with other customers and wait. Please wait until a staff member guides you to your seat. 2. **Entering the Restaurant & Ordering** Upon entering the restaurant, please purchase a meal ticket from the touch-panel ticket machine immediately to your right. View the photos, select your desired menu item, pay with cash or a supported cashless payment method, and then hand the purchased meal ticket to a staff member. 3. **Seating & Receiving Your Order** Please take a seat at the table you were guided to by a staff member and wait a moment until your food is served. 4. **Other Information** If your "tsukejiru" (dipping broth) gets cold during your meal, you can ask a staff member to reheat it for you. After finishing your meal, we recommend asking a staff member for "soup-wari" (soup-thinning) to dilute and enjoy the remaining tsukejiru.
