Ginza Kagari LUCUA osaka
銀座 篝 ルクア大阪店
Overview
This is an Osaka branch of "Ginza Kagari", a chicken paitan ramen shop with its main store in Ginza, Tokyo, which has been awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand. It is located in "Bal Chika" on B2F of LUCUA, directly connected to JR Osaka Station. Their signature offering is the Tori Paitan Soba series, especially the "Tori Paitan Truffle Soba" which is an artistic masterpiece that merges ramen and French cuisine. It features a rich chicken paitan soup, as creamy as potage, luxuriously blended with black truffle paste and white truffle oil. Slurping the noodles while mixing the soup offers a luxurious experience where the aroma of truffle fills your nostrils. The limited menu item "Clam and Oyster Soba" is a dish infused with a rich shellfish flavor, crafted with a dashi made from shellfish and kelp, and can be enjoyed with yuzu and fried onions for a change of taste. The noodles are thin straight noodles from Tokyo's Mikawaya Seimen, offering an al dente-like chewiness and wheat aroma when slurped. Toppings are colorful and abundant, including moist chicken breast chashu and seasonal vegetables (such as corn, broccoli, bamboo shoots, sweet potato, daikon radish, and fruit tomatoes), creating a Western-style composition that transcends the concept of ramen. The interior, unified with a calm wood-grain decor, features 8 counter seats where you can watch the chefs' skilled movements up close, and 5 tables for two, totaling 18 seats. With English menus available, it's a popular spot often visited by international tourists, selected as one of Osaka's Top 100 Restaurants in 2025.

1Before entering
Look for the calm wood-grain facade inside "Bal Chika" on B2F of LUCUA, directly connected to JR Osaka Station. Operating hours are 11:00 to 23:00 (L.O. 22:30) with continuous service, and regular holidays follow LUCUA's schedule. There is often a line, but the turnover is good, so entry is usually possible within about 10 minutes.
2Purchasing meal tickets and ordering
Customers are guided to their seats after ordering and paying at the register. Signature items include Tori Paitan Soba, Tori Paitan Shoyu Soba, Tori Paitan Truffle Soba, Tori Paitan Truffle Shoyu Soba, the limited Clam and Oyster Soba, Mala Tori Paitan (limited), and Tsukemen (available only after 5 PM). A large portion of noodles costs +150 yen. Cash, cards (VISA/Master/JCB/AMEX/Diners), transportation IC cards, Rakuten Edy, nanaco, WAON, PayPay, and Rakuten Pay are all accepted. English menus are available.
3Seating and receiving your order
The space has a total of about 18 seats, with 8 counter seats (where you can see the chefs at work) and 5 tables for two. Condiments (sliced onions, ginger) and water in a stainless steel cup are provided upon seating. Your ramen will be served approximately 5 to 10 minutes after ordering.
4Other notes
You can change the taste by adding the ginger and onions provided on the table. Black pepper is also available upon request. For truffle-based ramen, gradually mixing in the truffle will significantly change the aroma. Tori Paitan is excellent on its own, but eating it with the colorful seasonal vegetables offers a pleasant Western nuance. Tsukemen is available in limited quantities and ends once sold out.
