Jinrui Mina Menrui Premium
人類みな麺類 Premium
Overview
This is a premium brand store of "Jinrui Mina Menrui," popular in Nishinakajima, Osaka, located in "Baruchika" on B2F of Lucua, directly connected to Osaka Station. The signature "Ramen Genten" (Original Ramen) features a sweet soy sauce soup with a strong bonito flavor, chewy, smooth, medium-thick whole wheat round noodles, and an impressive extra-thick chashu. You can choose between thick-sliced chashu (厚切り - atsugiri, thick slice) for a meaty bite or thin-sliced chashu (薄切り - usugiri, thin slice) with a seasoned egg to enjoy the sweetness of the fat. Another signature, "Ramen Macro," is a clam broth salt ramen with a well-balanced saltiness that allows the direct umami of the clams to shine through. "Ramen Micro" is served with thin-sliced chashu, making it a more casual option. The ramen is served in a unique spherical bowl with a lid featuring the shop's logo; opening the lid to reveal the ramen with steam is also a popular presentation. The store inherits the same atmosphere as the Nishinakajima main branch, with Mr. Children's music playing in the background. Side dishes such as Pork Donburi, Makanai Donburi (Chef's Special Rice Bowl), and Aburi Chashu Donburi (Seared Chashu Rice Bowl) are designed to be enjoyed with the ramen soup, and ordering them as a set is common. With 30 counter seats and good turnover, wait times are relatively short despite its popularity.

1Before entering the shop
Accessible via the underground shopping area within "Baruchika" on B2F of Lucua, directly connected to JR Osaka Station. Open daily from 11:00 to 23:00, with closing days following Lucua's schedule. With 30 counter seats and good turnover, you can often get in with a waiting time of 5 to 15 minutes even during popular hours.
2Purchasing meal tickets and ordering
Staff will take your order while you are waiting in line. Signature items include Ramen Genten (soy sauce), Ramen Macro (clam broth), and Ramen Micro (thin-sliced chashu version). You can choose between thick-sliced chashu (厚切り - atsugiri, thick slice) or thin-sliced chashu (薄切り - usugiri, thin slice) with a seasoned egg. Side dishes include Pork Donburi, Makanai Donburi (Chef's Special Rice Bowl), Aburi Chashu Donburi (Seared Chashu Rice Bowl), and gyoza. After ordering, payment is made at the register before being seated. All payment methods are accepted: cash, credit cards (VISA/Master/JCB/AMEX/Diners), transportation IC cards, Rakuten Edy, nanaco, WAON, iD, QUICPay, PayPay, d払い (d-barai), Rakuten Pay, au PAY, etc. Touch payment is also smooth.
3Seating and receiving your order
After receiving your receipt, staff will hand you a meal ticket and guide you to one of the 30 counter seats. Your ramen, in a spherical bowl with a lid, will be served in about 5 minutes from ordering. Opening the lid reveals the extra-thick chashu and distinctive toppings along with steam.
4Other notes
Table condiments are minimal. It's recommended to first enjoy the soup, noodles, and extra-thick chashu on their own. Side dishes like Pork Donburi and Makanai Donburi can be dipped in the ramen soup for an enhanced flavor synergy. Limited-time menus, such as 'Incontro' (ramen + D-men), may also be offered. You may receive a service benefit by answering a survey via QR code when leaving the shop.
