Kamatama Chuka Soba Napoleon-ken Keikyu-Kamata
釜玉中華そば ナポレオン軒 京急蒲田店
Overview
Kamatama Chukasoba Napoleon-ken, located in Kamata, Tokyo, specializes in 'Kamatama Mazesoba' – a dish of freshly boiled noodles mixed with raw egg and a special soy sauce tare. Enjoy it at an affordable price, starting from just 490 yen for a small size, and customize your bowl to perfection with the extensive range of free toppings available at your table. While orders are placed via a ticket vending machine which does not have English displays, transportation IC cards like Suica are accepted (please note that credit cards and QR codes are not). Also popular is the 'kaedama' (extra noodles), served in a unique dried sardine-based broth that is distinct from the main dish. The shop is open late into the night. Come and experience the unique and profound taste of Kamatama Mazesoba, beloved by locals!
How to Order
1**Before Entering (If there's a queue)**
If there's a queue outside the shop, please line up at the end. Please observe other customers to see whether you should buy a meal ticket first or after entering.
2**Purchasing Meal Tickets / Ordering**
Please purchase a meal ticket for your desired menu item at the ticket vending machine. The vending machine does not have English descriptions, but you can use transportation IC cards like Suica. (Credit cards and QR codes are not accepted).
3**Seating / Receiving Your Order**
After purchasing your meal ticket, please sit at an empty seat and hand your meal ticket to a staff member. Noodles are served freshly boiled, so it will take a little time until your order is ready.
4**Others**
There are various toppings on the table to change the flavor, such as wood ear mushrooms, garlic, fried green onions, yuzu salt, and Bakanira (extremely spicy chives). Please add them freely as you like. Additional kaedama (noodle refills) are served as thin noodles soaked in a different dried sardine broth than the main dish.
