Kibi Taro
きび太郎
Overview
Located across from the Asakusa View Hotel, this ramen izakaya is open until 3 AM. It boasts a diverse menu, including Chicken Soba, Asakusa Black, Rich Shoyu, and Light Shoyu, so you can choose according to your mood. The Chicken Soba is an elegant dish featuring a golden chicken chintan (clear) soup and moist, tender chashu. Asakusa Black is characterized by a rich, aromatic dark soy sauce flavor, yet its soup is smooth and easy to drink without any harshness. Orders are placed at a touch-panel ticket machine where you can view photos, and a wide range of payment options including cards, e-money, and QR payments are accepted. This is the perfect spot for a late-night 'shime-ramen' (ramen as the last meal after drinking) in Asakusa.
