Overview
This soy sauce ramen shop is best known for its hand-made, extra-thick, and incredibly chewy noodles. The flat, extra-thick noodles, known as 'Te Nigi-ri Men,' offer an udon-like chewy texture that creates a truly unique dish not found anywhere else. In addition to Abura Soba (soupless ramen) and Tsukemen (dipping noodles), the shop also offers Nabeyaki Ramen (ramen served in a hot pot) in both soy sauce and miso flavors. Please note that payment is cash only; cards, e-money, and QR payments are not accepted. The shop has a hidden gem atmosphere, tucked away on a quiet street a short walk from Hamamatsucho Station.
