Men ZIN Saito

This is a Wagyu ramen specialty shop run by Yutaka Saito, the first RIZIN Featherweight Champion. The menu completely changes depending on the time of day: during lunch, we offer only Wagyu Paitan Tanmen, and during dinner, it's Wagyu Beef Fat Mazesoba. The unique entry system requires customers to purchase a meal ticket, receive a numbered ticket, queue outside, and then be called in numerical order. There are also strict rules, such as no video recording. Credit cards and e-money are accepted.

1. Before Entering (If there's a queue) There is often a line before the shop opens, so please join the end of the queue. 2. Purchase Meal Ticket / Order Upon entering, please purchase your meal ticket inside the shop before taking a seat. After purchasing your meal ticket, take a numbered ticket and wait in the queue outside until your number is called. Payments can be made with credit cards (VISA/Master/JCB/AMEX/Diners) or IC transit cards, but QR code payment is not available. 3. Seating & Receiving When your numbered ticket is called, please take an available seat inside the shop and wait for your food to be served. 4. Other Notes "Tsuigeki Powder" is available on the table, allowing you to change and enjoy the flavor of your ramen halfway through your meal.
