Men ZIN Saito
麺ZINさいとう
Overview
This is a Wagyu ramen specialty shop produced by Yutaka Saito, the first RIZIN Featherweight Champion. The menu completely changes depending on the time of day: during lunch, it's a one-item menu of Wagyu Paitan Tanmen, and during dinner, it's Wagyu Beef Tallow Mazesoba. They have unique entry rules: purchase a meal ticket -> receive a numbered ticket -> queue outside -> called in order of number. There are also strict rules such as no video recording. Credit cards and electronic money accepted. Business days and limited-time information are announced on the official Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/menzinsaito0123/).
How to Order
1Before Entering (If there's a queue)
This popular wagyu ramen specialty shop, run by Yu Saito, the first RIZIN Featherweight Champion, often has a queue even before opening. It's advisable to visit earlier in the day as they close once ingredients run out. Business days are irregular, so it's safest to check their official Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/menzinsaito0123/) for their operating status before visiting.
2Purchasing Meal Tickets / Ordering
Due to the unique entry process, please follow the instructions. First, enter the shop, purchase a meal ticket from the vending machine, receive a numbered ticket, and then queue outside again. Once your number is called, re-enter the shop and take a seat. The vending machine does not have English indications. Payments accepted include cash, credit cards (VISA/Master/JCB/AMEX/Diners), and public transport IC cards. QR code payments are not accepted.
3Seating and Receiving Your Order
There are only 10 counter seats. You will be called by number to enter and directed to your seat. The menu changes depending on the time of day: Wagyu Paitan Tanmen for lunch and Wagyu Gyushi Mazesoba for dinner.
4Other
Video recording is prohibited inside the shop, and posing or making peace signs during photo taking is not allowed (a unique rule due to reasons related to combat sports). Additional topping of "Char-gyu" (roast beef style) is recommended. You can change the flavor with the "Tsuigeki Powder" available on the table.
