Menkoidokoro Kiraku
麺恋処 き楽
Overview
Tucked away on a back street in Shimbashi, this ramen and tsukemen shop prides itself on its homemade noodles. The signature dish is "Chuka Soba," a seafood-pork bone broth ramen reminiscent of the Aoba style, accented with the aroma of yuzu. The diverse menu also includes a rich "Miso Ramen," "Spicy Miso Tantanmen" where sesame, miso, and chili oil form a trinity, and "Tsukemen" with thick noodles. The homemade noodles are medium-thick and straight, characterized by their chewy texture and excellent ability to carry the soup. A pleasing point is that you can choose between a regular portion (250g) and a medium portion (350g) without any extra charge. It's a small shop with a retro atmosphere and just 10 counter seats. Payment is made in advance via a ticket vending machine, and only cash is accepted. Conveniently accessible from Onarimon Station.

pic.twitter.com/c2veGJW03f
