How to Order

1**Before Entering the Shop**

Upon arrival, first observe other customers to determine if you should purchase a meal ticket beforehand or after entering. An English menu is posted outside the shop, allowing you to decide your order while referring to it.

2**Purchasing Meal Tickets / Ordering**

Please purchase your meal ticket from the vending machine before taking a seat. The ticket machine features photos and supports cashless payments. When handing your ticket to the staff, please inform them of your preferred noodle firmness (Kona Otoshi, Harigane, Barikata, Kata, Futsuu, Yawa). During lunchtime, you can choose a free Kaedama (noodle refill) or rice.

3**Seating & Receiving Your Order**

Once you are guided to your seat, please take a seat and wait for your ramen to be served. Paper aprons are available if needed.

4**Other Information**

If you wish to order an additional Kaedama (noodle refill), please inform the staff and provide 180 yen (cash accepted) along with your remaining soup. White pepper, sesame seeds, karashi takana (spicy pickled mustard greens), beni shoga (red pickled ginger), and kaeshi (tare/sauce base) are available on the table, so you can adjust the flavor to your liking.
