Their signature dishes are 'Umami Spicy Garlic Ramen' and 'Taiwan Spicy Mazesoba'. The bright red soup, infused with chili peppers, is not as uniformly spicy as it looks; its characteristic feature is the deep umami of animal and vegetable broth that distinctly follows after the initial spiciness. Bean sprouts, chives, green onions, minced meat, and scrambled egg intertwine with chewy, thick wavy noodles. Spiciness levels can be chosen from mild 'futsu' (regular) to 1-5 karasa (spicy levels), and even higher stages topped with 'Shachi' (鯱).
