If a staff member asks for the number of people in your party, please inform them, for instance, by indicating with your fingers. 2. **Purchase Meal Ticket / Order** Upon entering, please first purchase meal tickets for your desired ramen and toppings from the ticket vending machine inside the shop. Please be aware that you should not take a seat without first purchasing your meal tickets. 3. **Seating & Receiving Your Order** When handing your meal ticket to a staff member, please inform them of your preferences for noodle firmness, broth richness (flavor strength), and amount of oil, such as "hard" (katame), "strong" (koime), or "extra oil" (abura oome).
