The owner, trained at Fudomae's renowned 'Kazuya', crafts a deeply flavorful W-soup that harmonizes animal-based (chicken and pork) and seafood-based (dried sardines and bonito flakes) broths. Purchasing Food Tickets / Ordering Please purchase your food tickets at the vending machine before being seated. Only cash is accepted, and although there are no English descriptions, recommended menu items are labeled. 3. Seating and Receiving Your Order Once a seat is available, please take it, hand your food ticket to a staff member, and wait for your ramen to be served.

ワンタンらーめん
鰹節の旨みを主体とし、飲みやすい醤油スープ。ワンタンのクオリティは、野生味あふれる感じでかなり高い。
何より鶏油のべたつかなさは脱帽もの。
