How to Order
Ordering Guide for Ramen Shop "Raamen Shibue" - From Entry to Exit
1**Before Entering (If there's a queue)**
If there's a queue, please line up and wait. Observe other customers to determine whether to purchase your meal ticket before or after entering the shop.
2**Purchase Meal Ticket / Order**
Before taking a seat, please select your desired ramen from the ticket vending machine and purchase a meal ticket. Payment is cash only. Flavor customization options such as "Red Tonkotsu Noodles" and "Black Soup" can also be purchased as meal tickets here.
3**Seating & Receiving**
Once seated, please hand your meal ticket to the staff. At this time, please inform them of your desired soup richness (Super Rich, Rich, Regular, Light) and noodle firmness (Extra Firm, Firm, Regular, Soft).
4**Other Information**
If you require extra noodles, please purchase a "Kaedama" (noodle refill) meal ticket (150 yen) and tell the staff your preferred type from the four available noodle options.
