1Before Entering

Located on the 2nd floor of Hakata Deitos 'Hakata Men Kaido' within Hakata Station, accessible in 1-2 minutes on foot from JR Hakata Station. During lunch and dinner, there might be a queue alongside other ramen shops in the area, but if you time it right (e.g., Monday night), you might be able to enter without waiting. 2. Purchasing Meal Tickets and Ordering A touch-panel ticket vending machine is installed at the front of the shop, allowing you to choose from a menu with photos. You generally select from 4 types of ramen (Tonkotsu / Seafood Tonkotsu / Ramen Genova / Seafood Pork Bone). Toppings (mentaiko, ajitama (boiled egg), extra green onions, extra chashu, etc.), kaedama (noodle refill), and side dishes (Kainari-don, mentaiko rice, gyoza) can also be purchased from the same vending machine. If it's not busy, buy your meal ticket first, then proceed to your seat. During peak hours, it's safer to observe the queue and decide whether to join the end of the line or buy your ticket first. Payment is cash only; cards and e-money are not accepted. 3. Seating and Receiving Your Order Total of 22 seats: 6 at the counter and 16 at tables. Staff will guide you to your seat, where you hand over your meal ticket. It doesn't take long for your order to be served; typically, if it's not peak hours, your ramen will arrive within 5-10 minutes. 4. Other Information Standard condiments are available on the tables. The signature Seafood Tonkotsu ramen has a frothy soup that stays hot longer. For the Genova ramen, it's recommended to slurp it quickly while the basil aroma is still strong. Its convenient location makes it easy to stop by between sightseeing or transfers, making it user-friendly for those with limited time at Hakata Station.
