Rokurinsha Tokyo Ramen Street
六厘舎 東京ラーメンストリート
Overview
A highly popular restaurant representing "Tokyo Ramen Street" in Tokyo Station Ichibangai, known for its rich pork bone and seafood tsukemen. It has been selected for "Ramen TOKYO Hyakumeiten 2025". Their signature dish features chewy, thick wavy noodles dipped in a rich soup that layers seafood and fish powder on a pork bone and chicken bone base. While rich and thick, it's not cloying, and as you eat, a refreshing acidity emerges, creating a dynamic flavor profile. You can choose from regular (250g), large (375g), and extra-large (500g) portions. The "Special Nama Shichimi Tsukemen" (featuring fresh shichimi spice), seafood pork bone chuka soba, and the "Morning Tsukemen" (available only from 7:30 to 9:30) are also popular. Finish your meal with a "soup-wari" (soup dilution) using dashi from a pot. The tables are equipped with specially selected roasted shichimi (black), pepper, spicy miso, yuzu (Japanese citrus), and citrus vinegar.
How to Order
1Before entering
Located in "Tokyo Ramen Street" on B1F of Tokyo Station's Yaesu side. There is almost always a line at any time, with 5-10 minute waits during weekday lunch/dinner, and sometimes 20-50 minute waits during peak Friday evenings. The line can extend far from the shop, so first-time visitors should confirm the end of the line with staff or signage. "Morning Tsukemen" is served from 7:30-9:30, and regular menu items from 10:00-23:00.
2Purchase meal ticket & order
Join the line, and when your turn approaches, staff will guide you to purchase a meal ticket from the vending machine (pay-after-queuing system). The menu has photos and supports English display. Payment is accepted via cash and transportation IC cards (such as Suica); credit cards and QR code payments are not accepted.
3Seating & receiving
After purchasing your meal ticket, you will be immediately guided to a counter seat or a table seat. Staff will ask if you need a paper apron. Serving time is only a few minutes.
4Other
You can change the flavor using the specially selected roasted shichimi (black), spicy miso, fish powder, and citrus vinegar available on the table. Since tsukemen noodles are served cold, you can warm up the soup by adding dashi from the pot for "soup-wari" (soup dilution). The "Nama Shichimi Tsukemen" has a mild spiciness and refreshing flavor.
