1Before Entering

This renowned salt ramen shop is located within Namba CITY's "Namba Komejirushi", a 4-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station South Exit. As a Namba branch of the Ryukishin brand, well-known among Osaka ramen enthusiasts, it carries on the tradition of the original store. Operating hours are Mon-Fri 11:30-16:00 / 18:00-00:00 (L.O. 23:30), and Sat-Sun-Holidays 11:30-00:00 (L.O. 23:30), with New Year's Day being the only regular holiday. During peak times, expect a wait of about 5-10 people outside. The entrance and exit paths are separate.

2Purchasing Meal Tickets / Ordering

Purchase meal tickets from the touch-panel vending machine located in front of the entrance. The touch panel features photos and supports English menus, making it easy to operate. Signature dishes include Chicken Shio Ramen (1100 yen), Chicken Paitan DX Ramen (1500 yen, with lemon slices and fried burdock), and the summer-limited Chilled Seafood Shio Ramen. Vegan and gluten-free ramen (made with rice noodles) are also permanently available. The side dish "Suji Mayo Gohan" (stewed beef tendon with mayonnaise on rice) is also popular among repeat customers. Payment is cash only; cards, e-money, and QR payment are not accepted.

3Seating and Receiving Your Order

The interior is compact, with only 11 counter seats. The staff will guide you to your seat, so sit down and hand them your meal ticket. Your order will be served in a few to 10 minutes. Due to long operating hours, peak crowd times are dispersed, allowing for a relatively calm dining experience even late at night.

4Other Notes

The core of the main store's offering is a clear-broth shio ramen, based on a broth meticulously extracted from duck, chicken, and various root vegetables over time, combined with a homemade tare (sauce) using ingredients like mussels. Dissolving a lemon slice into the soup adds a refreshing citrus note, effective for changing the flavor in the latter half of the meal. The vegan ramen, made with rice noodles and plant-based broth, is a rare option suitable for travelers with wheat allergies or those avoiding animal products.
