Open daily from 11:00-20:30 without a break. This is a popular shop with almost constant queues during the day. For example, at 11:15 on Saturday there were 15 people in line (20 min entry), at 11:40 on Sunday there were 15 people in line (10 min entry), on weekdays at 11:25 there were already customers and it tends to get crowded from before 12:00, and after 13:00 on weekdays it is often nearly full with only 1 empty seat. It is relatively easier to enter around 15:00 or after 19:00. Recently, "Ikebukuro White," which is trending on social media, has become very popular, increasing the crowds.
2Purchasing Meal Tickets and Ordering
This is a pre-purchase system where you buy a meal ticket at the machine in front of the shop and then line up at the end of the queue. The ticket machine has no photos and no English. It is recommended to familiarize yourself with the menu names beforehand (Shio Soba / Shio Tama Soba / Negi Shio Soba / Ikebukuro White / Shio Chashu Wantan Soba). 桑ばらさんでは珍しい気がするもっしり太麺の塩煮干まぜそば。半分くらい食べたら割スープで汁そばに味変😳
